About Us

The Marketplace is part of the Cowboy Outfitters / Bullhide Brewery Complex which was completed in 2025. This is a family owned and operated business that provides the area with a delightful collection of gifts, home decor, snacks and beverages.  Owned by Suzanne and Travis Zigo, who wanted to offer a fun and unique destination for all.  With a focus on fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, our store offers prepared meals, and snacks that complement the local experience.  We frequently have samples of our cheeses, jams, snacks and drinks.  You could fill up just on our samples! We eventually will be offering heat and serve food options that can be enjoyed in our brewery next door or outside in our beautiful courtyard.  The majority of the foods are from Lancaster, PA. We are continuously adding to our menu and our store. We hope you'll visit us soon!
